My  love for fitness began out of my own personal struggle to stay at a healthy weight during my adolescent years.  Despite the fact I enjoyed working out, I didn’t t like doing the same ole’ routines day after day. So while searching to find the best training programs available  I gained several certifications within the fitness arena.  ( Personal Training , Turbo Kick,  BOSU , Body Pump , Body Combat, TRX Suspension , Speed, Agility & Performance , Lifestyle & Weight Management etc.)  However my passion truly lies within helping women regain their lives one day at a time.  Now don’t get me wrong,  I love  boot camp and athletic training because it allows my clients the flexibility and versatility to not only accomplish a full body workout but  it also allows them to attain their goals at a much faster rate. Surprisingly I truly found herself in the best shape of her life after having 2 children ( Gabrielle 14 and Isaiah 11 ) and that is when I realized the need to help others realize their own fitness potential.  Even though I specializes in personal training , small group training and youth fitness I will always enjoys the energy that comes from a classroom full of eager students.
